Perfect to Keep the Kids Quiet

April 8, 2011 11:01am

If you ever want to keep your kids quiet, especially with the Easter holidays coming up, then I highly recommend this:

It is an 8ft trampoline with enclosures. It has a frog pattern on it and was really easy to assemble.

It is perfectly safe because of the enclosure all the way round and the kids have had hours of fun on it.

The best part is they are so exhausted after playing on it all afternoon they are out like a light at bedtime!

BULLYING

September 25, 2010 6:15pm

It is always a worry for a parent when they send their child off to school that they may not be happy. That they may have trouble keeping up, get into trouble or, worst of all, be bullied.
I know that everyone, even adults have experienced a form of bullying in their life, whether it is someone shouting at you down the road or from someone at work.
Knowing this, I decided to just look online and get a few tips if, God forbid, my child does get bullied. At the end of the day most of the advice I found involves common sense. The main issue that kept popping up was that your child may not tell you that they are being bullied as they are scared their parent will storm into the school.
Now, I can remember my days at school and the worst thing would be for a parent running into school and creating a scene, but now being a parent I can imagine it would be hard to hold back. Knowing your child is upset makes you upset.
The best way to get a bullying problem resolved is to talk to the teachers on the quiet and they are more than likely to move the children in the classroom causing a problem.
My advice now and what I will be doing is instead of waiting for something like this to happen, is to tell my child that they can always talk to me and to stick up for yourself.
